Over the years we have built a network of trusted contacts across the property industry. Rather than keep them to ourselves, we offer their work to landlords, investors and homeowners, with Better Homes in charge of the job.
This is a service offered directly through Better Homes. We coordinate the work and take full responsibility for it, so you have one point of contact and one company accountable, not a list of numbers to ring.
As always, volume creates reduced pricing. Because we place work across many properties, we secure better rates, and we are happy to share those discounts directly with our investors.

Do I have to be a Better Homes client?
No. Landlords, investors and homeowners can all use these services. Better Homes investors also get the benefit of the reduced rates we secure through volume.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the property and the job. Tell us what you need and we will come back with a price before anything is booked.
Can windows, doors or masonry work help with an EPC?
Better glazing, doors and dry walls can help a property hold heat, which can feed into its energy rating. We will talk you through what is worth doing for your property.
