Off-market and below market value, direct to vendor where we can. Every deal assessed on purchase price, refurb cost, end value and rent before anyone sees it. If it does not stack up, it does not get passed on.
Rebuild
Budgeted, executed and managed by us with qualified, trusted contractors. A written scope and budget before work starts. EICR, Gas Safe and EPC signed off before handover. Typically under 12 weeks from keys to tenanted.
Rehome
Let fast, managed properly. Seven-day viewings, referencing on every applicant, deposits with DPS. Then organised, proactive management and a team that stays in touch.

Gordon is the most straight forward guy I’ve come across. He did my entire refurb, found tenant, sorted out literally everything before I had even seen the property. Always available on the phone, clear communication, all of which is so rare to find in the species of builders! I wish this guy was in my area as I would trust him to renovate and manage properties in my city!
