01 What we do
Lettings
We market every property on Rightmove and Zoopla, alongside our own social media, for maximum exposure. More of the right people see it, which means less time empty.
We filter every enquiry and only arrange viewings for applicants who qualify. Viewings run seven days a week. Once an applicant is referenced and suitable, we arrange the tenancy, manage the deposit and move the right tenant in, generating your return.
Our fee is one month’s rent including VAT, and it covers everything from photography to sign-off. If you go on to use our management service, the first month’s management is free.

Where do you advertise?
Rightmove and Zoopla, plus our own social media channels. Between them they put the property in front of the most people looking to rent in the North East.
How do you choose the tenant?
We filter every enquiry first, so only applicants who qualify are invited to view. Anyone who wants to go ahead is fully referenced before an offer is accepted.
What does the lettings fee include?
Photography, listings on Rightmove and Zoopla, social media promotion, viewings, referencing, inventory, the tenancy agreement, deposit protection and Right to Rent checks. One month’s rent including VAT and nothing else.
Do I have to use your management too?
No. Lettings stands on its own. If you do go on to management, the first month is free.
Which areas do you cover?
Sunderland, Houghton-le-Spring, Washington, Chester-le-Street, Durham and Gateshead.
